ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

 Delighted to be working on another wetland restoration project, this time for our local Wildlife Trust. Providing project and programme management with day to day responsibility for developing, managing and running the project from pre-construction design, planning permission and through construction to completion 

 Overarching project management through to day to day responsibility for developing, managing and running the project from pre-construction planning through to completion. 

Providing guidance, strategic advice and technical and managerial support to BBOWT throughout. 

 BSR Energy is looking to develop Rush Wall Solar Park. This project, if permitted, will generate approximately 75MWp of solar photovoltaic energy to the electricity network. 

JCTR  are managing the coordination of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, to assist the Development in meeting the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Wales) Regulations 2017, including:
- Manage the inputs of the specialist consultants’ inputs into a scoping report and prepare the scoping report.
- Subsequently manage the specialist consultants; respective inputs into the agreed scope of work, for the EIA, preparation of the ES and non-technical statement. 

Environmental Impact Assessment for the relocation of Cambridge waste water treatment plant, an NSIP due for submission to PINS Sept 2022
